- I will be charged accordingly for the following: smoking in a guest room, excessive debris removal and/or damage to the guest room.
- Selah Place assumes no responsibility for the loss of valuables.
- Selah Place is not responsible for items left in guest rooms after departure.
- I agree that my liability for this bill and all charges associated with this reservation are not waived and I agree to be held personally liable.
- In making this reservation I agree to the cancellation policy and the full amount of the reservation to be paid should I choose to leave early for any reasons.
- Standard credit card authorization policies vary from bank to bank, and can take up to 10 business days to release.
- Selah Place nor its owners/owning entity are responsible for any of my personal injuries that may take place while on the property.
- I understand that no unapproved guests may join me on the property at anytime. Should they be approved, I will be responsible for their actions and safety.
- I understand that swimming in the lake is not allowed and I enter at my own risk.
- I agree to take responsibility for any damages I may cause.
- I agree that if I do not respect the community/property I may be asked to leave.

The limitations and prohibitions of liability set in this Section and elsewhere in this disclaimer: (a) are subject to the preceding paragraph; and (b) govern all liabilities arising under the disclaimer, including liabilities arising in contract, in tort and for breach of statutory duty.
